What does WorldWide Chiropractic Repairs do?
We service and repair many mechanical and electronic adjusters used by chiropractors, from anywhere in the world. We provide a valuable service which we believe the chiropractic community needs, offering you another source, and sometimes the only source for repairs after your adjusting instruments are no longer warranted by the manufacturer. We further believe many adjusting instruments can still function for many years if repaired and then properly maintained, instead of the costly expense of buying a new adjusting tool or instrument. Ultimately, we may be able to save you and your practice a lot of money if other companies cannot repair your adjusting instruments. We include a Warranty with all repairs!
How does the process work?
You contact us by responding to our questionnaire to let us know which of your adjusters are not working properly, or not functioning at all. Then we will send you an email with shipping instructions and confirming the repair costs; you will then send your instruments to us. Our shipping instructions require us to sign for your adjusters upon delivery, so you know that we have received them, and have begun servicing your adjusting instruments. We also require you to sign for them when they are returned to you.
How long does it take to repair my adjusters?
Once received, it takes approximately 3 to 5 calendar days to make the repairs, unless otherwise noted. After repairs are complete, we immediately ship them back to you.
How long does it take for shipping?
Shipping to our clients stateside is normally 2 to 3 calendar days; shipping to our international clients is approximately 6 to 14 calendar days average time; sometimes Customs clearance can add more time to the delivery. You are also required to sign for your adjusters when they are delivered back to you.
How much does it cost to repair my adjusters?
Most of our repair costs are listed on our home page. Our repair fees are the same for our clients here in the U.S. as they are for our clients in any other country.
I do not see my adjusting instrument on your website. How do I know if you repair my adjuster?
We have listed some of the more popular adjusters, but not all of the adjusters we service, so please contact us if you do not see your adjuster on our website. We will inform you if we repair yours, and place in writing how much it will cost.
Do you guarantee your workmanship?
Yes, we offer a warranty on parts and labour for every adjusting instrument we service and repair. You are responsible for the shipping costs. Please see the details on our Warranty page.
My adjusting instrument looks like some of the others. How do I know which model I have?
If you aren’t sure which model you have, you can email us a picture and we will identify it for you, and inform you the cost to service it.
Do you sell new or used adjusting instruments?
No, we do not sell any adjusters. In fact, we do not sell anything. We only repair your chiropractic adjusting instruments.
We are an international client in a different country; do we pay Customs fees or VAT when we receive our adjusting tools back from you?
In most cases you will not have to pay Customs fees or VAT because we are not selling you an adjuster, just repairing it, and your instrument is being returned to its country of origin (you are shipping it from your country and we are returning it to your country). Therefore, you may not have to pay any Customs fees, VAT or any other tariffs because no sale has occurred.
